Salesforce Solution Architect & Lead Developer

14+ years in IT | Exploring AI

Fun Facts

Call me “Hersh”! ;)

My official name, Harshit, is derived from Hindi word “हर्षित” and it is an adjective for being happy, joyful, cheerful, or delighted. If “Harshit” feels tricky to pronounce at first, please don’t stress — “Hersh” works just fine.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning about finance and financial markets in small, consistent chunks. I would not call myself a foodie, but I am always keen to experience new things. I also like to follow sports like cricket and tennis, and I enjoy starting my weekend mornings with hard-fought badminton games, then spending the week recovering and getting ready for the next one.

About Me

I’m a Salesforce Solution Architect with 14+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. I’ve grown from a hands-on developer into a solution-focused technical leader, working closely with business stakeholders to design systems that solve real business problems.

My experience spans enterprise CRM implementations, legacy system transformations, Salesforce integrations, data migration, Lightning transformations, CPQ, contract lifecycle automation, and mentoring development teams.

Currently, I work as an independent Salesforce consultant, helping organizations design and deliver high-impact CRM solutions. Alongside my core Salesforce work, I’m actively exploring AI within the CRM ecosystem and building AI-driven applications through personal projects, especially around workflow automation and better decision-making.

I’m open to Salesforce Solution Architecture roles, technical leadership opportunities, consulting/freelance engagements, and AI + CRM problem spaces.
